How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping espresso machines and accessories depends on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.


Do I need to pay taxes?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For orders outside of the European Union and Switzerland taxes and duties are quoted at customs of the country of delivery.


How will my order be shipped?

We work closely with UPS and DHL Deutsche Post for all our international shipments. We always ship your items double packed. Espresso machines are packed in foam insulation and then placed securely in a cardboard box. Small accessories are packed in bubble wrap envelopes. We value our products highly and do our best to make sure it gets to you in the way we feel it is perfect for you.


Is my package insured?

Yes, Strietman insures each package for the transit period. It is ensured right up to the moment when it reaches you.


When will my order arrive?

To reduce emission we ship our parcels 2 times a week, this makes our processing time 2-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We always ship from The Netherlands. The Netherlands 2-4 business days after shipping Belgium & Germany 2-4 business days after shipping. All other countries 5-21 business days after shipping. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
